Bath Engineering teamed with WKMC and Ardurra Group, Inc. to provide architectural services as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering design services.

As a subcontractor to WKMC, this Design Build project included 13,000 SF of new construction for a naval facility located in Rota, Spain. The design includes (2) movie theaters, dining area, commercial kitchen, quick service restaurants bar, extensive outdoor dining and gathering plaza. Bath Engineering performed all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering and Design from schematic design through Issued for Construction documents.

Bath Engineering provide all the energy analysis and energy code required design elements. Project received Third Party LEED Certification from the USGBC. Sustainable features included: reduction in irrigation demands, enhanced storm water management, >30% reduction in energy usage by passive strategies and high efficiency equipment, solar water heating, lighting controls and devices, mass wall construction, enhanced indoor environmental quality.
