The motto “Process Safety Is Our Top Priority” is not just a catchy phrase. The goal of the Bath PSM team is to provide each client with documentation which not only fulfills the project scope but ties directly back to their Process Safety Information (PSI) document control process. The Bath Process Safety Management team uses a “Common Sense Approach” to providing services and deliverables to our clients.
Bath PSM Best Practices methodology is unique and is centered on this obligation. It is utilized in performing the various studies and evaluations for our clients.
This best practices methodology includes the following:
- Scope set by the Process Safety Information (PSI) provided (e.g. Hazardous Area Classification documentation, Piping and Instrument Diagram(s) (P&ID’s), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s), Material Balance with process conditions, etc.)
- Gas/Vapor Dispersion Modeling software utilized if applicable and where possible
- Study results limited to equipment within scope and per PSI provided
- Results via “Audit Proof” documentation containing the scope of the work performed and a list of all supporting PSI
