Bath has been retained by Engineering and Architectural firms to support their building designs. Bath offers a full range of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design services to complete a building design.
Bath has provided MEP design services for residential buildings such as apartments, condos and townhomes, and even military barracks. Commercial buildings have included hotels, medical facilities, office buildings, schools and warehouses.
MEP services have been provided for new construction as well as renovations and additions. Bath personnel visit construciton sites on a regular basis to confirm construction is occurring as the client desired.
Bath MEP engineers are versed in Texas and Federal codes for construction. They are aware of many local codes and obtain those as needed, as well as any special specifications from the client. Their goal is to design according to all required codes and customer specifications so the final constructed facility meets or exceeds the clients’ desired result.
